The Smokin Polecats Blues Send email to The Smokin Polecats	"Virtuosos of the blues..."that's what William Triplette of Washingtonian Magazine called The Smokin' Polecats. The reason for this, according to Bill Wax, the programmer of Bluesville on XM Radio, is "they play the blues in all styles for all tastes". Alot of people feel that way because the Polecats aren't just the Polecats. Sometimes they feature Mary Shaver on vocals. And then other times they feature Marianna Previti on vocals. Or they feature Jamie Lynch on vocals. And then other times they become The Bobcats and feature Bob Malardi on vocals and bass. All three groups have their own sound, but they are all The Smokin' Polecats.
